Main Event - The Fondo
Each route begins and ends at the Barn at Paradise Station and features handpicked farm stops that embody Farm to Fork’s mission: supporting local agriculture and building community. One favorite? Lapp Valley Farm, known for its rich ice cream and a warm welcome straight from the heart of Amish country.
Signature Farm Benefit Dinner
Kick off your weekend with an unforgettable evening deep in the heart of Amish Country. Climb aboard a horse and buggy through the private Amish village of Lancaster. As you cross a historic covered bridge, you’ll step back in time and experience the quiet beauty and simplicity of a world untouched by modern distractions. The evening continues with a rare and intimate experience—a traditional family-style dinner inside the home of an Amish family.
Post-Ride BBQ
After the ride, sit back and relax at the beautiful Paradise Station, where a hearty Pennsylvania Dutch-style lunch awaits—homemade, locally sourced, and full of authentic Lancaster County flavor
Weekend Getaway
Join us for pre and post-Fondo guided adventure that takes you off the beaten path and deep into the heart of Lancaster County and beyond. Pedal peaceful backroads, roll past rolling farmland, and cross some of the 28 historic covered bridges that make this region one of the most charming in America. Off the bike we explore Lancaster’s craft beer and pretzel traditions rooted in Pennsylvania Dutch and German heritage.

Ramble Ride offers equal access to Pennsylvania Dutch—with fewer miles to pedal! Beginners and families with young kiddos, this is your ride.

Kick off the weekend with a scenic ride including views of the Susquehanna River. Gather again after the ride for the Amish Benefit Dinner.DAY 2: Saturday August 23, 2025
FONDO-MAIN EVENT, Includes your choice of distance/farm stops, post ride lunch. Optional (included) post ride experiences including non bike adventures and evening of Craft Beer tasting and tour paired with appetizers at local hot spot
DAY 3: Sunday August 24, 2025
Farewell 30-35 mile ride with light post ride fare.Your Guides: Your weekend adventure will be directed by Pina Finazzo, along with experienced Farm to Fork lead bike guide(s) and a dedicated SAG support team. Together, we’ll ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience every step of the way.
