Self Guided Adventures deliver our core Farm to Fork experience of bucolic scenery and fresh, local food at your pace and on your schedule. Our itineraries set the stage for a rewarding experience for a solo outing, a family trip, or with your favorite riding buddies. Each Self Guided Adventure explores fantastic rural roads and serves up interactions with local artisans, farm-sourced food, and post-ride refreshment.

After booking your Self Guided Adventure, you will gain access to the digital itinerary. This itinerary has everything you need for a day of memorable riding. Among other pieces of information, it contains:

  • 20, 40, and 60-mile route options with turn-by-turn directions

  • Notes about our favorite farms and eateries along the routes

  • Parking suggestions, bathroom availability, and other travel info

With your itinerary in hand, you’re ready for your Self Guided Adventure!

Note: This format does not include food, guides, or vehicle support. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive experience, consider a Fondo or Weekend Getaway.


Challenge By Choice

Our Farm to Fork Self Guided Adventures are designed to accommodate all levels of bicyclists and are perfect for a solo, family, or group ride! Each itinerary offers three route options, ranging from 20 - 60 miles. Shorter routes are designed to minimize climbing, while longer routes may be more challenging.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does each person in my group need to register?

A: Yes! This is considered a virtual event and all riders are covered by our event insurance. Each rider is required to register and sign all waivers prior to your big day.

Q: How long in advance do I need to register?

A: You will receive access to the itinerary immediately after registering. Then you’re ready to ride! We recommend registering ahead of time to familiarize yourself with the itinerary to make the most of your day, but same-day registration works just as well.

Q: Do I need to reserve a date or tell anyone when I plan to ride?

A: No. You can ride anytime you like! But please keep in mind the hours of operation listed for each stop so that you are able to visit everywhere you’re exited about.

Q: Do I need identify myself to anyone as a participant?

A: No. We do not coordinate with farms and businesses as part of this experience.

Q: Who do I call if I have an injury or emergency during my ride?

A: Call 911 in case of an emergency. Please contact us for an incident form immediately after your ride.
