Join us the night before the Fondo for the Farm Benefit Dinner. Proceeds from ticket sales directly support our host community farms and programs.
The evening will feature a unique experience with multi-course gourmet meal of seasonal, locally-grown food at beautiful Mohonk Mountain House. Guests can look forward to toasts from Farm to Fork's Partners and representatives from the farm community. Space is Limited.

Short Ride: 26 miles
Long Ride: 35-39 milesHighlight: Today’s journey follows the scenic Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, weaving through the Historic Huguenot Neighborhood and past rolling farmland. We'll stop at Bradley Farm, a local gem, and enjoy a break at the beloved Rail Trail Café. Highlights include riding across the iconic Rosendale Trestle and exploring the fascinating historic cement caves and ovens that tell the story of the region’s industrial past. A perfect blend of nature, history, and local flavor!
DAY 2: Climb the “Gunks”
Short Ride: 25-30 miles
Long Ride: 35-40 milesOur day includes cycling through scenic landscape to Stone Mountain Farm, where you’ll soak in the peaceful beauty of the land and savor a fresh, wood-fired bite as we refuel at the nearby Rail Trail Café. At Clover Brooke Alpaca Farm, a perfect stop on our farm-to-fork journey, we’ll explore how to start a simple and sustainable microgreen garden at home. We’ll wrap up the day at Plan Bee Farm Brewery, where you’ll enjoy a tasting flight of their small-batch craft beers and light bites, learn about their 100% New York State ingredient brewing process, and catch a glimpse of their on-site bee habitat—a true ground-to-glass experience.
For those craving a bit more adventure, we’ll offer an optional post-ride hike in the Shawangunk Mountains, where you'll take in breathtaking vistas while burning a few extra calories—perfect preparation for our unique Gourmet Benefit Farm Dinner later that evening.
