A visit to a Blue Zone on our bike or hike adventure will awaken your senses and curiosity, revealing how simple, purposeful living can lead to extraordinary life. As you ride or wander through mango forests , coastal trails, mountain villages, you will taste vibrant foods, share stories with locals, and move with the land itself. Each moment invites you to slow down, connect deeply, and rediscover the joyful balance that makes life not just longer—but richer and more alive.

California — April 8-11, 2026: San Bernardino, Loma Linda, & Redlands Legends
Island of Sardinia, Italy — April 26 - May 2, 2026: Ogliastra & Coast (Cycling & Hiking options)

Greek Islands, Greece - Sept 13-19, 2026: Greek Isles including Ikaria. (Cycling & Hiking options)
Italy South East to West:— October 4-10,2026: Puglia to the Amalfi Coast (includes Acciaroli Blue Zone)
Costa Rica, Central America — Dec 27, 2026-Jan 2, 2027 Nicoya & Orsa Peninsulas (Cycling & Multi-Adventure)
