Love your own road bike? Bring it along. Our new Bike Bag Program is designed to make travel with your familiar bike easier as Farm to Fork explores more of the USA.

Now we're making it easier than ever to bring the bike you know and love on our Weekend Getaways and International Tours. Pack your bike using our premium Scicon Aerocomfort Road Bike Travel Bags.

Packing your OWN bike couldn't be simpler. Just remove your two wheels—that's it! These premium bags feature protective padding, a built-in frame support system, and dedicated wheel compartments to help protect your bike in transit.

How it works:

We'll ship the travel bag directly to your home at our expense! Simply pack your bike, bring it along for your adventure, and ship the empty bag back to us when you return home.

You will have the opportunity to request and purchase this rental when registering for the event through our BikeReg platform

A Few Important Details

  • Limited availability: Our bike bags are limited in quantity for each weekend getaway and International Tour and are provided on a first-come basis.

  • Bike Assembly & Support: Our team will assist with assembling and disassembling your bike during the tour. While every precaution should be taken when packing and transporting your bike, Farm to Fork cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival or be responsible for damage resulting from airline or other transportation handling.

  • Come Prepared: We recommend bringing your own spare tubes . Prior to departure, we'll ask you to provide your bike's make, model, and photos so our team can prepare for additional potential mechanical needs.

  • Delayed Bike Arrival: Should your bike be delayed in transit (ie, connecting flights), we'll make every effort to retrieve for you once it arrives. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a temporary replacement bike while awaiting its delivery.

  • Bike Bag Security Deposit: A temporary hold of $500.00 per bag will be placed on your credit card until the bag is returned. Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. However, major, irreparable damage that renders the bag unusable, or failure to return the bag within 10 days of the tour's completion, will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. The hold will be released once the bag is received and inspected in acceptable condition.

Price:

  • TASTE Series Passport Members: Complimentary bike bag rental is included with priority reservations for all passport members.

  • Non-Passport Member Participants: $50 bike bag rental, plus cost for return shipping. (We'll ship the bag directly to your home—on us! You cover return shipping (estimated $30–$45 we will provide the package and shipping lable for easy return).
