This payment of $230.00 confirms your reservation, with your upcoming payment schedule outlined below.

Payment Schedule (4 Payments Total)

• Deposit: $230.00 (due now) Tour is refundable within 10 days of purchase -see below.

• Payment #1: $770.00 — Due within 30 days of purchase(or sooner if purchased within 4 months of the tour start date)

• Payment #2: Due 90 days prior to the start of the tour

• Payment #3 (Final Payment): Due 45 days prior to departure

Additional Notes

Prices listed for each tour are based on a double person occupancy.

Please note: Any supplements such as single occupancy room, non-cycling travel companion upgrades, or E-Bike upgrade will be added to the final payment #3

Non-cycling companions will receive a $300.00 credit from the cost of the tour and will have the opportunity to participate in all non cycling experiences. The credit will be applied to the final on the final payment #3.

Your $230.00 deposit secures your reservation for your chosen 2026 International Destination Vacation.

Refund Policy

Your deposit is fully refundable to the original method of payment within 10 days of purchase, while you organize your travel plans. After 10 days, the deposit becomes a full credit in the amount of $230.00, which may be applied toward any other Farm to Fork Fitness Adventures® event. After the first payment of $770.00 refunds and credits are limited to the terms listed in the booking info.
