Payment Schedule (3 Payments Total)

• Deposit: $230.00 (due now) Tour is refundable within 10 days of purchase -see below.

• Payment #1: $770.00 — Due within 30 days of purchase(or sooner if purchased within 4 months of the tour start date)

• Payment #2: Due 90 days prior to the start of the tour

• Payment #3 (Final Payment): Due 45 days prior to departure

Additional Notes

Please note: Any additional fees o such as single occupancy, room upgrades, or traveling companion upgrades (if applicable) or credits will be modifies at the time of the final payment #3

Optional (non-riding participant) add-ons/credits will be made available approximately two months prior to departure, and you will have time to review and decide if any of the additional conveniences are right for you.

Your $230.00 deposit secures your reservation for your chosen 2026 International Destination Vacation.

Refund Policy

Your deposit is fully refundable to the original method of payment within 10 days of purchase, while you finalize your travel plans.

After 10 days, the deposit becomes a full credit in the amount of $230.00, which may be applied toward any other Farm to Fork Fitness Adventures® event.
