Saturday — Arrival in Cagliari & Coastal Welcome Ride
Arrive in Cagliari, Sardinia’s vibrant coastal capital. After airport transfers, enjoy a light welcome lunch and bike fitting before a relaxed coastal warm-up ride along the Mediterranean shoreline. The evening brings our first gathering together over a traditional Sardinian welcome dinner.

Sunday — Nuraghi History & Sardinian Culinary Traditions
Ride inland toward the ancient Su Nuraxi di Barumini UNESCO World Heritage Site, the most famous of Sardinia’s mysterious stone Nuraghi structures. Along the way, experience Sardinia’s renowned high-polyphenol olive oil before arriving in the countryside village of Orroli.
The evening is spent at the historic Omu Axiu, where we share a traditional Sardinian cooking experience and dinner with locals.

Monday — Mountain Landscapes to the Eastern Coast
Today’s ride moves from Sardinia’s interior hills toward the stunning eastern coastline of Ogliastra. Along the way we pause for panoramic views, a traditional shepherd’s lunch, and a hidden local gelato stop before arriving at the Mediterranean coast.

Tuesday — From the Coast to the Supramonte Mountains
Hotel: Su Gologone Experience Hotel – Oliena
Ride inland into Sardinia’s dramatic Supramonte mountain region, passing traditional villages and rugged landscapes. After arriving at the iconic Su Gologone Experience Hotel, we explore the island’s ancient past with a visit to the mysterious Giants’ Tombs archaeological burial grounds.

Wednesday — Fonni Cultural Experience Loop
Hotel: Su Gologone Experience Hotel – Oliena
Today’s flexible ride leads to Fonni, Sardinia’s highest village. Participants may choose a full loop ride or a shorter route with return transfer. Cultural experiences include traditional bread and longevity wine tasting along with insights into Sardinian mask traditions and folklore.

Thursday — Village Life & Sardinian Pasta Traditions
Hotel: Hotel Su Lithu – Bitti
Ride through the quiet mountain roads of central Sardinia to the village of Bitti, known for its strong cultural identity and pastoral traditions. The afternoon features a hands-on traditional Sardinian pasta-making experience with local residents, followed by dinner in the village.

Friday — Cultural Celebration or Final Scenic Ride
Hotel: Baglioni Resort Sardinia – San Teodoro
Our final day offers two options: participate in a traditional village hike to a local pasta celebration, or enjoy a final scenic ride toward the northeastern coast. We then transfer to the beautiful seaside setting of San Teodoro for a celebratory farewell evening.

Transfers to Olbia Airport
After a memorable week exploring Sardinia’s landscapes, culture, and food traditions, today marks the conclusion of our journey together.

Shuttle service will be provided from Baglioni Resort, San Teodoro to Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, coordinated with participants’ flight schedules. Transfer times will be arranged to accommodate morning departures.Participants extending their stay may also request transfers to Olbia city center or nearby hotels.

Pinarello Dogma F/CAG Road bikes (or similar): A high quality carbon fiber frame and forks, equipped with a high end, mechanical, Shamal Carbon Wheels, Campagnolo SUPER RECORD WRL 12s. Each bike is fitted with a saddlebag containing a spare inner tube, tire levers, multitool and pump.
Scott Axis E-Bike (or similar) : Fitted with a high performance motor,that take away the uphill struggle and make the experience more relaxed and enjoyable. A step through frame allows for easy mounting and dismounting. Each bike is fitted with a saddlebag containing a spare inner tube, tyre levers, multitool and pump. E-bikes are also available for an additional charge of $200.00 for those who prefer an assisted ride.
Garmin GPS Navigational device is provided for all our participants with the daily route loaded for easy accessGarmins devices are provided for all participants and remain available daily to allow participants the opportunity to break off the tour & self guide or explore additional routes independently after the daily morning rides and post ride lunch.
