Embark on an unforgettable cycling journey from the Adriatic Sea to the Tyrrhenian Sea, weaving through Italy's most stunning landscapes and towns. Starting in the picturesque whitewashed town of Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses, and passing through Polignano a Mare, perched dramatically on cliffs above the Adriatic, you'll savor fresh seafood and Apulian specialties like orecchiette pasta with turnip greens. As you pedal inland towards Matera, the ancient city of stone caves, indulge in hearty southern Italian fare such as pane di Matera and flavorful lamb dishes. Besides visiting UNESCO-listed areas rich in tradition, you’ll taste buffalo mozzarella and robust olive oils. Finally, as we reach the breathtaking Amalfi Coast and Positano, the trip culminates with the flavors of lemon-scented seafood, fresh pasta, and regional desserts like delizia al limone, all enjoyed with views of the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea. For non-cyclists, the daily itinerary will feature tailored options such as scenic walks or hikes, historic tours, and engaging activities like cooking and wine classes. Itinerary

  • We anticipate that most participants will arrive on Saturday. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we will provide coordinated shuttle service from Bari Airport to your hotel of choice as you settle in for your first day in Italy. While Saturday is not a scheduled tour day, we will share a curated list of suggested activities, dining spots, and places to explore around town. For those arriving on Saturday, we recommend staying at one of our suggested hotels in and around Bari Vecchia, Bari, Metropolitan City of Bari, Italy, (Old Town Bari) which will serve as our official meet-up point on Sunday, the first day of the tour. Two shuttle windows will be offered on Saturday, with pickup times coordinated based on guest arrivals to best accommodate all participants.

    Destination: Bari Vecchia, Bari, Metropolitan City of Bari, Italy

  • For participants arriving on Sunday, the official start day of the tour, two shuttle services will be provided from Bari Airport: an early morning shuttle at 10:00 AM and a mid-afternoon shuttle at 2:00 PM. Guests arriving on the early shuttle will take part in a bike fit, followed by a ride to our first hotel. Those arriving on the mid-afternoon shuttle will complete their bike fit and, time permitting, enjoy a short introductory ride starting from the hotel. After arrivals, we will gather for a welcome lunch. Following lunch, each participant will complete a final bike check, bike briefing, and safety overview before heading out on our first ride. In the evening, we’ll come together for our first group dinner—an opportunity to meet your fellow travelers and guides while savoring delicious local cuisine. We will also review the details of our week-long journey and outline plans for Day 2.

  • Today’s ride takes us through the heart of Puglia as we pedal toward the stunning white hill town of Ostuni. Along the way, we’ll wind through rolling countryside dotted with centuries-old olive groves, including monumental trees more than 300 years old, and enjoy an olive oil experience highlighting the region’s rich agricultural heritage. After time in Ostuni, we’ll return via the postcard-perfect village of Locorotondo, known for its flower-lined streets and charming old town, before making our way back to the hotel.

  • Today’s ride leads us westward from Alberobello toward the dramatic landscapes of Basilicata, rolling through quiet hills, open farmland, and scenic mountain passes as we make our way to Matera. Along the route, we’ll pass traditional farms and rural hamlets that showcase the agricultural soul of southern Italy. We’ll pause for a relaxed, farm-style lunch at a picturesque masseria overlooking the Gravina ravine, an ideal cyclist-friendly stop surrounded by olive trees and sweeping views. After lunch, guests will have two options: enjoy a brief 20-minute shuttle transfer, or— for those craving more saddle time—set out on an extended cycling route that dives deeper into the stunning Murgia landscape before arriving in Matera. The day concludes in one of the world’s most extraordinary cities, carved from stone and rich with history.

  • Ride from Matera to Pignola | Dolomiti Lucane

    Today’s ride leads us westward from Matera, climbing steadily through rolling hills and scenic mountain passes as the landscape transitions into the wild beauty of the Lucanian Apennines. Quiet roads, open valleys, and charming local farms set the tone as we make our way toward the dramatic peaks of the Dolomiti Lucane. We’ll pause for a memorable lunch in the breathtaking village of Pietrapertosa, perched high above the valley and known for its stone houses, sweeping views, and timeless character—an unforgettable stop for cyclists. After lunch, guests will have two options: enjoy a brief shuttle transfer to the hotel, or for those eager for more saddle time, embark on an extended cycling route through additional mountain scenery before regrouping. Those choosing to relax will be escorted by van to our welcoming agriturismo in Pignola, where you’ll unwind surrounded by nature and the peaceful charm of a working farm. The day perfectly balances challenge, beauty, and restoration.

  • Today’s ride is a memorable and very doable mountain day, starting directly from our hotel and winding through the pristine landscapes of the Appennino Lucano Val d’Agri–Lagonegrese National Park. We’ll pedal along quiet forest roads and gentle alpine climbs, passing pine groves, open meadows, and panoramic ridgelines that showcase Basilicata at its most unspoiled. This is a steady, rhythmic ride—challenging enough to feel accomplished, yet perfectly suited for both road cyclists and e-bike riders.

    We’ll stop for lunch at the cyclist-friendly classic mountain refuge known for hearty local dishes, fresh ingredients, and sweeping views—an ideal reset before the afternoon transition. After lunch, we’ll saddle up and complete our ride and arrive to the coast of Campania, in a charming seaside town of Maratea to trade mountain air for Mediterranean breezes.

  • Today’s ride takes us from Maratea to Paestum along one of southern Italy’s most breathtaking coastal corridors. The terrain features doable climbs and exhilarating descents, with sweeping switchbacks that open to panoramic views at every turn. Colorful villages cling to the cliffs above the sea, their pastel facades glowing in the Mediterranean sun—each bend revealing another postcard-perfect scene.

    Upon arrival in Paestum, we’ll stop at a historic buffalo farm for a relaxed lunch featuring classic pizza and gelato. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a short walk through the iconic ancient ruins before boarding the van for a brief shuttle to the ferry terminal. From there, we set sail for Positano, our final destination.

    Arriving by sea, we’ll check into a sea-facing hotel and gather for a memorable farewell toast, celebrating our journey
