Tour Highlights:

Costa Rica Cycling & Multi-Adventure Tour

This year’s cycling and multi-adventure journey through Costa Rica moves through some of the most vibrant and biologically rich landscapes on Earth. Our road cycling routes follow secluded coastal roads and off-the-beaten-path terrain across the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s celebrated Blue Zones, where daily movement, purpose, and community shape a slower, more mindful way of life.

From the coast, the journey continues inland to the lush rainforests surrounding Arenal Volcano, where misty trails, hanging bridges, and abundant wildlife define the landscape. Evenings are designed for rest and renewal—staying in charming bungalows, unwinding after the day’s adventure, and gathering for fresh, farm-to-table dinners that celebrate Costa Rica’s flavors and vitality. This is an immersive experience that blends movement, nature, and culture into one unforgettable trip.

Nicoya Peninsula | Blue Zone Post-Ride Experiences

  • Plan de Vida coastal walk with locals, learning the philosophy of purpose and daily movement, including meaningful time with Nicoya centenarians

  • Farm-to-table garden harvest and traditional tortilla making with a local family—grinding masa, cooking over a wood-fired comal, and sharing a meal of gallo pinto, hearts of palm, and seasonal squash dishes

  • Tropical forest walk to mineral-rich natural springs, exploring the environmental roots of Nicoya’s longevity

  • Rolling rides through ranchlands and fruit groves with refreshing stops for copo (fruit ice) and fresh guanábana juice

  • Optional: Ocean kayaking in hidden coves, paddleboarding or snorkeling in calm coastal waters, or sunset horseback riding on the beach

Arenal Volcano Rainforest | Post-Ride Nature & Adventure

  • Guided rainforest hike with expert naturalists, including hanging bridges and wildlife spotting—quetzals, toucans, motmots, and tanagers

  • Night safari trek to observe tree frogs, kinkajous, bioluminescence, and nocturnal birds

  • Jungle picnic at a waterfall with time to swim in natural pools and nearby hot springs

  • Optional: Waterfall rappelling for an immersive rainforest adventure
