Choose between a Boutique Fondo Experience or a Guided Tour Experience
Our Boutique Fondo Experience features a common start time, limited field size, and self-guided route navigation, allowing riders the freedom to enjoy the journey at their own pace while still benefiting from a well-supported event atmosphere.
Our Guided Tour Experience is led by a dedicated guide team that manages navigation, provides immediate ride support, and shares the history, culture, and stories that make each destination unique.
Both formats depart together at the designated start time and follow the same carefully curated route. Whether you prefer the independence of a self-guided ride or the camaraderie and local insight of riding with guides, you'll enjoy full SAG support, curated rest stops, and the welcoming community spirit that defines every Farm to Fork Fitness experience.
Best of all, there is no need to decide in advance. You may choose either experience on the day of the event and switch between formats based on your riding style, goals, or mood that day.Item description

Meet Kristen & Max – The Heart Behind Terra Mare
Terra & Mare, an authentic Italian restaurant opening soon, represents the next chapter in the journey of Kristen and Max, a husband-and-wife team united by a passion for authentic food, community, and tradition.
Their mission is simple “help people rediscover the flavor, quality, and connection that comes from real, farm-fresh food”
As Max often says, "We want people to taste food the way I remember it growing up in Sicily—just like my mother made."
Christin, a former educator, spent her career helping others learn and grow. Today, she brings that same passion to sharing the farm-to-table values that have become central to their family's life. Inspired by the heritage and culinary traditions passed down through Max's family, she is excited to help preserve and share these experiences with others.
Make it stand out
Max was born and raised in Carini, Sicily, where fresh food wasn't a trend—it was simply a way of life. Vegetables came from neighboring gardens, seafood was selected fresh from the day's catch, and meals were prepared from recipes handed down through generations. The connection between the land, the sea, and the table shaped his understanding of what food should taste like.
