Signature Farm Benefit Dinner - Limited to 50 people
Kick off your Fondo weekend with an evening of rustic sophistication at The Barn at Paradise Station. Located in the heart of Ronks, this benefit dinner pairs historic charm with gourmet, farm-to-table cuisine—the perfect "calm before the climb" to fuel your body and inspire your ride.
Post-Ride Lunch
After the ride, relax at Paradise Station with a hearty, Pennsylvania Dutch–style lunch—homemade, authentic, and sourced straight from local farms. As you eat, enjoy views of the historic Strasburg Rail Road, the oldest continually operating steam train in the nation.
PARKING FOR THE EVENT:
Parking is available at the Barn at Paradise station on adjacent fields. Signs, arrows and attendants will direct participants to the event parking. Additional Overflow Parking is located at the National Toy Train Museum next door

Choose your challenge from our four distance options, the Gran, Medio, Piccolo or Ramble. Each route featuring curated stops at local farms. You’ll refuel with fresh, seasonal snacks straight from the source while directly supporting the vibrant agricultural community that makes this region so special.

Every route showcases a different side of what makes this region so unique. As you ride through the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, you'll cross several of Lancaster County’s 28 historic covered bridges and share the road with traditional horse-and-buggies.
