4 ISLAND Tour Highlights:

Ride, taste, and live like a local for a week at our Greek Island Bike Tour as we explore Ikaria, Tinos, Mykonos and Syros  with our multi-day guided cycling adventures infused with authentic cuisine and regional charm.

Ikaria – Blue Zone Heartland

Quiet mountain and coastal roads wind through terraced hillsides and stone villages, offering sweeping Aegean views and a riding experience shaped by daily movement, community, and the slow, grounded rhythm that defines Ikaria’s Blue Zone culture

Mykonos – Coastal Energy & Contrast

Pairing our travel day with a stop in Mykonos is the perfect way to spend the day an enjoy the island’s lively atmosphere, beach culture, and social energy.

Tinos -

less-traveled Cycladic experience

Quiet coastal and inland roads winding through terraced hillsides and stone villages with steady, rewarding achievable climbs paired with sweeping Aegean Sea views. Authentic island life shaped by farming, wind, and tradition that rewards effort with beauty, culture, and connection

Andros -

Andros unfolds through quiet climbs and coastal curves, past stone villages and terraced hills fed by springs and wind. This understated Cycladic island offers a rarer rhythm—where the ride is earned, the views are expansive, and the connection to place feels deeply human.

POST RIDE EXERPIENCES INCUDE (OPTIONAL-INCLUDED)

Cliffside village hikes along ancient stone paths with locals, exploring how natural movement shapes daily life.

Herbal foraging walk with local yiayiás, collecting wild greens, teas, and aromatic herbs passed down through generations.

Ikarian slow-cooking experience, preparing longevity staples—clay-pot chickpeas, wild fennel pies, and traditional sourdough.

Panigiri-style dance workshop, learning traditional festival dances where movement, music, and longevity come together.

Thermal Bath & Water Sanctuaries

Morning yoga and a catamaran cruise with swim and snorkeling—perfect recovery day.

This experience is ideal for an active, curious traveler who enjoys a backroad journey through lesser-explored regions, embraces few hotel transfers as part of the multi island adventure, and values meaningful movement, cultural connection, and well-earned recovery over a race-style itinerary.
